1. Who we are

SUE.AI is operated by Growing Homes LLC ("Growing Homes", "we", "us"). Growing Homes acts as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the SUE.AI service.

2. What we collect

  • Account data — email address, password hash, authentication provider identifiers (e.g. Google ID).
  • Service content — the case descriptions and other text you submit to the analyzer.
  • Subscription data — purchase status, plan, billing period (received from Paddle).
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser identifiers, log data, basic usage telemetry.
  • Support communications — messages you send us.

Payment-card data is collected directly by Paddle and never reaches our servers.

3. Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)

  • Provide the Service (account creation, generating case analyses, customer support) — performance of contract.
  • Security & fraud prevention — legitimate interests in protecting the Service and users.
  • Service improvement (aggregate usage analysis, model evaluation) — legitimate interests; we do not train third-party models on your inputs without consent.
  • Legal compliance (tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests) — legal obligation.
  • Communications about your account — performance of contract.

4. Who we share with

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud database, authentication, edge hosting) acting as our processors.
  • AI inference providers used to generate case analyses; submitted text is sent to these providers solely to produce your output.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when reasonably needed.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

6. Retention

We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Submitted case descriptions are retained while you have an account and may be deleted on request, subject to backup-retention windows.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. UK/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the support channel on the site. We respond within one month where required by law.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember basic preferences. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

SUE.AI is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
