SUE.AI is operated by Growing Homes LLC ("Growing Homes", "we", "us"). By accessing or using SUE.AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have authority to enter this agreement.
3. The Service
SUE.AI provides AI-generated legal information, including case summaries, comparable case law, statute references, settlement-range estimates, and pro se litigation strategy. The Service is informational only and is not legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — verify all citations and consult a licensed attorney before relying on them.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to facilitate fraud or harassment; (b) infringe any intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) attempt to interfere with security (probing, scanning, malware, scraping, denial of service); (d) use the Service to generate content for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful purposes; (e) submit other people's confidential or personal data without authority.
Because the Service uses generative AI, you are additionally responsible for: your prompts; verifying the accuracy of outputs; having the rights to any content you input; and how you act on outputs. You must not use the Service for regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial) without independent oversight by a qualified professional.
5. Accounts & credentials
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep credentials confidential.
6. Payment, billing & refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer-service inquiries, handles billing and tax compliance, and processes returns. 7. Licence & intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal or internal business use. We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, models, prompts, branding, and documentation. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits.
8. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Growing Homes a limited, worldwide licence to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you input. We may remove or restrict content, refuse outputs, or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Service availability & warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Growing Homes from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms; non-payment; security or fraud risk; or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export reasonable copies of your content for a limited window before deletion.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
